Location: Approximate location (city-level) for matching, only if you enable it in settings. You can disable location access at any time.
Analytics: We track how you swipe, browse, or redeem rewards (e.g., Bouquets for cash/items) for improving your experience.
Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies, web beacons, and analytics trackers. You can disable them in your browser settings if desired.

Disclaimer: The Platform is provided "as is," and we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. If a breach occurs, we'll notify affected users within 72 hours as required by law. Please log out after use and keep your password secure.
Active Use: We retain your data as long as your account remains active.
Inactive Accounts: If your account is inactive for 12 months, it may be deleted unless legally required to retain the data (e.g., tax records).
Deleted Data: May persist in backups for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
Lyne is intended for adults only—users must be 18+. If we detect underage data, we'll delete it immediately. Contact us if you suspect a minor's data has been collected.
We operate globally! Data may be transferred to the U.S., Canada, Nigeria, or other locations. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards to ensure legal protection for users under applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finestate Capital Inc., Early Wages Ltd., their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including data loss, privacy breaches, or connectivity issues. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify Finestate Capital Inc., Early Wages Ltd., and their affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violations of this policy.
This policy is governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.
